Founded in 2001, ITNAVIGATOR solely focused on the contact center industry. The company is dedicated to providing proven, innovative products and services that enable companies to achieve their key business process strategies including customer service, collections, and sales and telemarketing for in-house and outsourced contact centers. As an AVAYA Solution Delivery Partner and a developer connection member, we specializes in implementing contact centers based on AVAYA products. In the last two years we have implemented dozens of contact centers all over EMEA, each contact center with his own unique business processes and technological components.
Our experience in different territories and verticals was the foundation for the NAV360 platform, a contact center management platform that extends the capabilities of the AVAYA contact center suite and provides organization the ability to maximize their contact center investment.
