Nili Katzir, CEO
As Chief Executive Officer of ITNAVIGATOR, Nili Katzir is responsible for setting the company direction and managing overall operations. Previously, Mrs. Katzir served as Vice President for Taldor. Prior to joining ITNAVIGATOR in 2003, Mrs. Katzir was Vice President of the Iturit, a provider of paging services. She has also held sales and sales management positions with General electric.
Mrs. Katzir holds a .B.Ed from the Kibbutzim College of Education.

Anna Mazor, VP Business Operations
Anna Mazor joined ITNAVIGATOR in 2006 as VP of Business Operations, leading the company's professional services, product management and technical support organizations.
Mrs. Mazor's distinguished career includes over 20 years of management experience in the CRM and Contact Center industry. Before joining ITNAVIGATOR, Mrs. Mazor was the financial sector leader in IBM Israel. Previously, Mrs. Mazor held the position of Contact Center and CRM division leader in IBM Israel.
Mrs. Mazor holds a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Gorky University.

Arik Shtilman, VP Marketing and Business Development
Arik Shtilman brings unique knowledge and innovation to his position as Head of Marketing and Business Development for ITNAVIGATOR. He is currently responsible for driving the company's business opportunities and strategic direction; as well as guiding the company's marketing strategies, including product marketing, market development and marketing communications.
Mr. Shtilman joined ITNAVIGATOR in 2003.
Prior to joining ITNAVIGATOR, Mr. Shtilman spent three years in both business and engineering roles at IBM.

Alex Gurevich, CTO
Alex Gurevich serves as ITNAVIGATOR's Chief Technology Officer.
Before joining ITNAVIGATOR, Mr. Gurevich was the SIEBEL Technical product manager in Taldor.
Mr. Gurevich holds a Master in Applied Mathematics and System Analysis from the Civil Engineering University in Moscow.

Arkady Karpman , Director R&D
Mr. Karpman is responsible for the company's product research and development activities. He joined ITNAVIGATOR in 2004 as part of the system team responsible for the architecture of the NAV360 platform.
Prior to joining ITNAVIGATOR, Mr. Karpman was a chief solution integrator for ectel.
Mr. Karpman holds a B. Tech. & Appl. Sc from the Jerusalem College of Technology and an MBA from New-York Polytechnic University.

Avishay Zairi, VP Sales and Marketing
As VP of Sales and Marketing in ITNAVIGATOR Avishay Zairi leads the company's sales team and is responsible for all pre-sale activities worldwide.
Mr. Zairi has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. His expertise is the areas of Call center solutions, CTI, IVR, IP telephony, CRM, and Speech recognition solutions.
Before joining ITNAVIGATOR he was director of business development for Voice & Applications at Leadcom Ltd, having end to end sales responsibility for Contact centers IVR and CTI projects, CRM and voice recognition application solutions.
Prior to Leadcom, Mr. Zairi held sales marketing and business development manager positions for Poly Information and GMA Communication.
Under his leadership and during his tenure, GMA communication realized major IVR market share in Israel’s government, large companies and organizations, banking, and telecom companies.

Michael Vainshtein, Contact Center Practice Leader
Mr. Vainshtein has the prime responsibility for contact center project deliveries. Since joining ITNAVIGATOR in 2006, Mr. Vainshtein has held several executive leadership roles in the company. Most recently, Mr. Vainshtein served as ITNAVIGAOTR’s customer care director, responsible for the company's support services.
Previously, Mr. Vainshtein was project manager in IBM Israel, where he led several large scale contact center projects in the financial sector industry.
Mr. Vainshtein holds a B. Tech. & Appl. Sc from the Jerusalem College of Technology and an MBA from New-York Polytechnic University.
